Love the Heavenly bed and covers, love the shower Westin showerhead (we have enjoyed the same one in Dallas, Costa Rica, and Denver in the last few weeks alone!) Location right on the 16th Street Mall is perfect for enjoying downtown. We ordered room service one morning, and our breakfast arrived within 5 minutes of our order!

While on our way back home from Spain after guiding trips on the Camino de Santiago, we opted to sleep in Denver to become acclimatized to the altitude before driving up to the mountains. We took the light rail tram from DIA and walked 4 blocks to the hotel. It was perfect for that. The next day, we walked to the Budget Car Rental another 4 blocks from the hotel. The logistics all fell into place. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was surprisingly good.

location was strategic, 16th St. is one minute walking so many restaurants close by for example, chees cake factory, PF changs, pizza, etc., also many groceries shops around the hotel , CVS, Target . Banks as well. rooms are well equipped with enough furniture and splendid ambience with nice looking view from window which connect you always to the downtown.

The room was amazing. The bed was great, the bathroom was better. The shower was the best I have ever used during a hotel stay. The hotel is an amazing choice.

I liked the attentiveness of the staff. They were extremely professional and always polite. The location was awesome with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed gave me the best sleep, just like home.

The location was perfect for waking to restaurants and the theatre! The room on the 18th fl had a lovely view! We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel!

Security. Comfortable bed, a Murphy bed at that. In house bar. Our room had a patio, that was a bonus. Bath and shower were very nice. Very quiet, heard no disturbances. And the proximity to the surrounding area of restaurants and activities.
